Kate Redburn

I am a JD/Phd student at Yale Law School and the Yale Department of History. My work looks at how changes in late twentieth century American political economy redound to areas of public law, including anti-discrimination, conlaw, family law, and land use. Prior to starting graduate school, I worked as a community organizer in New York, and as a photographer and oral historian in Argentina thanks to a Fulbright Research Grant. You can find my writing in small magazines, including Jacobin Magazine where I'm a contributing editor.
